A large car manufacture (OEM) with dealers around the world wanted to improve the sales of used cars through their dealers.
By analysing the dealers performance and results we identified the key drivers and designed an online system to monitor each dealer and KPI.

An easy to use online best practice guide was launched to give all dealers access to a toolbox with inspiration which would guide them towards relevant action plans.
